Hospital Seeks Community Input on Bereavement Support Group
FARRELL AND GREENVILLE, February 26, 2013– UPMC Horizon and its new hospital chaplain plan to bring back its Bereavement Support Group and is looking to the community for help.
Rev. Geoffrey Tate, pastor of Greater Morris Chapel AME Church, Farrell, recently joined UPMC Horizon as hospital chaplain and will facilitate the newly formed support group. While the group previously met the third Monday of the month at 7 p.m. at the hospital’s Greenville campus, the hospital is seeking input from the community on the best days and times to host group meetings.
