​UPMC Horizon Endocrinologist Adding Mercer Location

MERCER, June 18, 2012– Esra Karslioglu, MD, endocrinologist, will begin seeing patients in Mercer this month.
Dr. Karslioglu joined UPMC Horizon’s medical staff last fall. She earned her medical degree from Hacettepe University, Turkey, and completed an internal medicine residency at UPMC Shadyside and an endocrinology fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh Division of Endocrinology and Metabolism.

She is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in endocrinology, diabetes, and metabolism, and is a member of the Endocrine Society, the American Diabetes Association, and the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists.

Dr. Karslioglu, who also sees patients in Farrell, will hold office hours at 737 Greenville Road, Mercer. To schedule an appointment, call the Farrell office at 724-983-8854.
