Insurance Coverage at the Center for Fertility and Reproductive Endocrinology

Insurance coverage ranges from seemingly non-existent to complete comprehensive coverage. Our team will verify your infertility benefits to maximize your coverage, and cover all fees in detail with you prior to treatment.

We are contracted with most insurance companies, and highly recommend that you check with your insurance company before initiating treatment. We recommend that you call the 800 number listed on your insurance card to verify your benefits.

You may also contact your employer’s Human Resources department. They should be able to provide you with details on your specific coverage. Please call our Financial team at 412-641-1600 if you have any questions.
