Our Services

Our experts at Magee are specifically trained in the medical, social, and psychological issues that can affect older adults.

While there is no set age for when a person becomes a geriatric patient, he or she is usually more than 75 years old with a chronic illness, physical impairment, and/or cognitive impairment. Some common conditions we treat include:

  • Depression, anxiety, and other psychological problems
  • Memory problems, including confusion, dementia, and Alzheimers disease
  • Medication side effects
  • Fatigue and/or reduced physical activity
  • Falls or trouble walking
  • Urinary incontinence
  • Weakness and muscle pain
  • Fainting
  • Chronic pain
  • Osteoporosis (thin bones)
  • Unexplained loss of weight or appetite
