Banking Machines (ATMs)

Full service ATMs are available at both McCandless and Cranberry campuses — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

A PNC branch is located in UPMC Passavant’s main lobby. Branch hours are 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Wireless Internet Access

Both UPMC Passavant campuses offer free wireless network access for patients and visitors.

The network services all areas of UPMC Passavant, including the Medical Office buildings.

To log on to the UPMC Wi-Fi hotspot:

  1. Open “Network Connections” on your laptop or mobile device and connect to UPMC Guest. The guest Internet access code is GIA.
  2. You will need to press “accept” to verify that you have read and accepted the Acceptable Use Policy.

We also provide public desktop computers with Internet access:

Medical Library at UPMC Passavant–McCandless

The library is on the hospital's first floor and is open to patients and their families.

The library offers a range of patient education resources including:

  • Newsletters
  • Internet access for searching medical literature

Library hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Thursday.

Patient and Family Resource Center at
UPMC Passavant–McCandless

The resource center at UPMC Passavant–McCandless offers a full range of supportive care services for patients and their families. There are even opportunities to meet with a certified cancer education specialist.

Center hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
