To recognize outstanding individuals, download and complete the Above and Beyond recognition form. Or, pick up a form located throughout the hospital.
You also may donate to the St. Margaret Foundation.
Just complete the information on the envelope located inside of the recognition form and enclose a check made to the St. Margaret Foundation.
Donations we receive through the Above and Beyond program benefit the foundation’s general fund, unless you specify otherwise.
