Most Reverend David A. Zubik, Bishop of Pittsburgh, to Celebrate 19th Annual World Day of the Sick Mass at UPMC Mercy

WHAT: The public is invited to attend the World Day of the Sick mass, celebrated annually on the feast of Our Lady of Lourdes.

WHEN: 12 p.m., Friday, Feb. 11

WHERE: UPMC Mercy, Holy Family Chapel, Building D, First Floor

WHY: World Day of the Sick is a global observance held annually since 1992 to remind the faithful to pray for those who are sick as well as the alleviation of human suffering and to recognize and honor those who work in health care and as caregivers.
