WHY: The Skyliners, an American doo-wop band hailing from Pittsburgh, continues to thrill live audiences in the United States and Canada with hit singles like “Since I Don’t Have You,” which celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2008.
Band members Donna Groom, Nick Pociask, Rick Morris, drummer/conductor Mark Groom and leader Jimmy Beaumont will put on a show in the Legacy Theatre of Cumberland Woods Village. The theatre, home to performances, movies and educational seminars, was generously donated by Passavant Hospital Foundation and holds nearly 250 people.
