UPMC East Alive and Well Series Presents ‘Healing and Non-healing Wounds: Know the Difference’

 
WHAT: Educational session will explore everyday treatment and care for superficial wounds and will include a discussion about the causes and diagnosis of the more serious, non-healing wounds. Attendees will learn about advanced treatment options for hard-to-heal wounds, hear about the risk factors for amputation and learn more about limb preservation. Parking is free and light refreshments will be served.
