Recognize the Warning Signs and Reduce Your Risk

WHAT: Free health screenings and information about the prevention and treatment of heart disease.

  • Screenings:
  • Balance assessment
  • Blood pressure
  • Bone density
  • Feet

WHY: While heart disease and stroke are among the most widespread health problems, they also are among the most preventable. 

Improve your cardiovascular health and quality of life by learning more about the warning signs of heart disease and stroke, and about advanced treatments.
