UPMC East Presents ‘Conquer Your Hip and Knee Pain’ – A Discussion on Arthritis Treatment and Prevention

WHAT: UPMC East presents a free health education discussion on arthritis treatment plans. With the right treatment plan, most hip and knee arthritis can be effectively managed. This session will explore current treatments—from pain medications and physical therapy to weight loss and joint injections—as well as the latest news in surgical options.
In addition, free screenings and expert help will be available, including:
• Bone density screening
• Mobility/range of motion assessment
