UPMC St. Margaret to Host Free Diabetes Support Group

WHAT: UPMC St. Margaret presents a free health education discussion on the DASH (Dietary Approach to Stop Hypertension) Diet, which can help prevent and control high blood pressure and help you lose weight, if needed.  The DASH eating plan meets nutritional needs and has other health benefits for your heart and diabetes. 
Program and parking are free. Registration is required. To register, call 412-784-4194.
WHY: Diabetes can be controlled by following a healthy diet. The DASH diet is simpler and tastier than you may think.
