UPMC St. Margaret Presents ‘How to Fight Cancer with Good Nutrition’

WHAT: UPMC St. Margaret and the St. Margaret Foundation presents a free health education discussion on the link between diet and cancer. Discover the simple steps you can take to prevent and treat cancer. If you have been diagnosed with the disease, hear about foods that feed cancer cells and how dietary changes can improve your prognosis.
In addition, free screenings and expert help will be available, including:
• Blood pressure
• Bone density
• Colorectal screening kits
• “Ask the Doctor”
Program, refreshments and parking are free.
