UPMC St. Margaret Hosts Free Alive and Well Presentation ‘Be Smart About Your Heart’

WHAT: Discussion about the signs, symptoms, diagnosis and advanced treatments for heart disease. Participants will learn how to control high blood pressure and what active steps to take to prevent or treat it.
Free health screenings and expert help will include:
• Blood Pressure
• Cardiac risk screening
• Cholesterol (includes LDL, HDL, triglycerides)*
• Blood Sugar
• Stroke Education
• Ask the Expert
