  • Professor of neurology, with a secondary in psychiatry and neuroscience at the University of Pittsburgh
  • Co-director of the National Parkinson Foundation Center of Excellence at the University of Pittsburgh

Dr. Moore's clinical interests are in disorders of biological timing, movement disorders, and behavioral neurology. He is an internationally-recognized researcher in Parkinson's disease.

Recently, he authored a presentation that identified for the first time through PET scans in living Parkinson's patients degeneration of neurons. His laboratory researches the organization and function of the circadian timing system.
