
UPMC Bedford Memorial Partners with Local Organizations to Offer Health Screenings
WHAT: Health screenings that consist of a series of 28 tests, including cholesterol and triglyceride levels. Results are available the next day and can be sent to primary care physicians. Annually, more than 500 people take advantage of these discounted screenings offered by
UPMC Bedford Memorial.
For accurate results, patients must fast for 12 hours and not drink alcohol for 24 hours prior to screening.
Cost is $25 for blood screening and $3 for urinalysis. For an additional $3, test results can be sent directly to the patient. Payment to be made by cash or check only.
