WHAT: The UPMC East Care Management team will host “Caregiver Connections,” a free resource fair for caregivers. Local caregiving service representatives will provide information about available care options in the community, such as caregiver assistance, advanced directives/living wills, skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities, and home health care/durable medical equipment.
The event also will include free flu shots for seniors 65 and over, parking in the hospital garage, refreshments, basket raffles, giveaways and live music.
