UPMC St. Margaret to Host: ‘Growing Through Grief’ Support Group 

WHAT: UPMC St. Margaret will host “Growing Through Grief,” a free six-week support group focused on managing grief after a death and using coping skills to help in the healing process. This event is open to adults 18-years or older.
Registration for this event is required. To register, call 412-572-8829.
WHY: The group, led by a bereavement counselor and trained volunteer from Family Hospice & Palliative Care, will provide a safe and supportive environment for you to explore how you have been impacted by your loss and learn healthy ways of coping with grief.
WHEN: 1:30 to 3 p.m., Wednesdays, Sept. 20 through Oct. 25
