Take UPMC HealthTrak With You

Introducing the Mobile App

Get secure access to your health information, even on the go, with the UPMC HealthTrak mobile app. The mobile app allows you to:

  • See test results
  • Review medical history and medications
  • Communicate securely with your doctors
  • View upcoming appointments

You must have a UPMC HealthTrak account to use the app. New users can create an account online at UPMCHealthTrak.com.

Once you have a UPMC HealthTrak account, follow these easy instructions to download the app:

  1. On your Apple or Android device, download the “Epic MyChart” app.
  2. Once installed, open the application and scroll down to select UPMC HealthTrak.
  3. Log in using your UPMC HealthTrak username and password.

The UPMC HealthTrak App will now open automatically when you select "MyChart."
