​Beginning Treatment for ADHD

Please follow these steps to get connected with the ADHD Across the Lifespan Clinic:

  1. Contact us at 412-246-6090 to register with the clinic
  2. After registration, complete the initial intake paperwork. A packet can be mailed to you directly or you can download the appropriate paperwork here:
  3. Mail or return the completed "Intake Paperwork Packet" to the ADHD Across the Lifespan Clinic. Mail packet to:

    Intake paperwork packets are reviewed every Wednesday. New evaluations are scheduled after your packet is reviewed.

    Note: Intake paperwork packets received from individuals who have not registered may be delayed until registration is complete.

For some individuals, the ADHD Across the Lifespan Clinic may not be the best starting point for treatment. If that is true for you, we will review treatment options with you and facilitate a connection to a more appropriate program or provider.
