At the UPMC Voice Center, we are dedicated to the evaluation and care of voice disorders. Our experts, including renowned singing voice specialists, speech language pathologists, and otolaryngologists will help preserve the quality and function of your voice, however, whenever, and wherever you use it.

At the UPMC Voice Center, we use state-of-the-art technology and a combination of behavioral, medical, and surgical treatment approaches to treat voice disorders, including:

  • Thyroplasty, arytenoid adduction, and vocal cord augmentation

  • BOTOX injections of vocal cords
