Michael D. Cascio, MPT

Location: Beaver

Michael D. Cascio, PT, is assistant regional director of UPMC Centers for Rehab Services’ West pod; and facility director and physical therapist at the Beaver location. He received a master’s degree in physical therapy from Slippery Rock University, and a bachelor of science degree from the University of Pittsburgh. Michael holds a Direct Access License in Pennsylvania. He specializes in sports and orthopedic physical therapy, manual therapy, and athletic training with local schools.

Ed Grisnik, PT

Ed Grisnik, PT

Location: Chippewa

Ed Grisnik, PT, is a senior physical therapist at UPMC Centers for Rehab Services’ Chippewa location. He earned a bachelor’s degree in physical therapy from the University of Pittsburgh. Ed’s areas of expertise include sports injuries, shoulder problems, working with baseball pitchers on mechanics, strength training with athletes and non-athletes, and advising older patients on conditioning and flexibility.​

Shelley McMahon, DPT

Location: Hopewell

Shelley McMahon, PT, is facility director and physical therapist at UPMC Centers for Rehab Services’ Hopewell location. She received a doctoral degree, as well a bachelor's degree in physical therapy, from the University of Pittsburgh. Shelley holds a Direct Access License in Pennsylvania, and specializes in orthopaedic injuries and rehabilitation.​

Mark McMillen, PT

Location: Chippewa

Mark McMillen, PT, is facility director and physical therapist at UPMC Centers for Rehab Services’ Chippewa location. He received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh. Mark holds a Direct Access License in Pennsylvania, and his areas of expertise include sports injuries, orthopaedics, lower back pain, cervical injuries, whiplash, and TMJ.​
