Are you transitioning from physical therapy to sport-specific training after an injury?

The UPMC Sports Performance Return to Play program is a stepping-stone from treatment and rehab to your desired level of play.

Our experts know the personal and tailored approach that athletes need as they return from their injuries.

We craft return-to-play plans for athletes who have injured their:

  • Backs
  • Shoulders
  • Knees
  • Hips and more

Return to Play can help you regain your competitive edge and get you back in the game. Our goal is to make you faster, stronger, and quicker than you were prior to injury.

Monthly Pricing

This pricing option requires that you use all Return to Play sessions within one month. Sessions last about an hour and a half.

This pricing option allows athletes to use these Return to Play sessions at their leisure within one year. Sessions last about an hour and a half.

Return to Play Session Schedule

Return to Play session days and times are:

  • Monday and Wednesday: 6 p.m. and 7 p.m.
  • Tuesday and Thursday: 4 p.m.
  • Saturday: 8 a.m.

Group size is about 4 to 8 people per session. More group sessions are available upon request.
