Dr. Tsung and his staff are the greatest! Dr. Tsung is a very caring Doctor and keeps good watch on my health after my surgery for cancer 2 years ago. I trust him completely.
I would recommend Dr. Tsung is to any of my friends and/or family members. I was always treated with the utmost courtesy and respect by Dr. Tsung and his entire staff. He and his staff, and the nurses who attended to me while I was hospitalized, were very helpful and always had time to answer any questions I had or my family had concerning my condition. Dr. Tsung and his entire staff are a great asset to UPMC.
Dr. Psung and the UPMC staff are great! They give the best care and service or I would not be in good health my now. Their prompt attention saved my life and I am grateful. Dr. Psung and Susan are the best you can find.
Very compassionate & kind.
The staff and nurses were very courteous And helpful and made me feel good about myself great staff
I have the greatest of respect and confidence for Dr. Tsung. He and his staff have been great through my surgery, hospital stay and follow up visits.

phenomenonal care provided by Dr Tsung and team
I feel I am getting excellent care from Dr. Tsung and his staff.
Dr Tsung was highly recommended by my family doctor. He is an excellent surgeon, kind, empathetic. A wonderful Doctor.
Very professional and nursing staff was wonderful and caring!! Excellent surgeon.
I liked the visit with Dr. Tsung. I think he really cares about my healing from the surgery that Dr. Marsh did in July. However, when looking at the scar, Dr. Tsung suggested putting moisturizer on it, to help with the healing. Good suggestion...but it has been 6 months of healing. You would think that if it was that important, maybe someone would have suggested that sooner. I do think that practice needs a wound care specialist.
I trust Dr Tsung-but do have to say that he spent very little time with me during this visit. it was a recommended follow up to a CT scan and what he said to me could have been said over the phone. He read the reports, saw me for less then 5 minutes.
The visit went well.
highly recommend Dr. Tsung
Dr. Tsung is patient and provides information in words easily understood. He answers all my questions and I do not feel rushed or that he is hurrying me to go to his next patient. I feel he genuinely cares about me.
Dr. Tsung is very caring surgeon. I would definitely recommend him.

never any problems with doctor or staff
I have always been treated professionally at this office.
Outstanding Doctor and Nurses and staff--They saved my life.I would recommend them highly
Dr. Tsung is an excellent surgeon. I thank God Dr. Tsung is a highly skilled surgeon who saved my life. Dr. Tsung is easy to talk to and explains things so I can understand. He is patient and does not hurry my visit. I live south of Erie and think nothing to drive for appointments to Dr. Tsung. Majority of my appointments are scheduled at the Hermitage office. But it would not be a problem to drive to Pittsburgh. I speak highly of Dr. Tsung with my family and friends.
Dr.Tsung is a caring doctor who takes the time to listen to my questions. He told me to let him do the worrying and to go home and enjoy my upcoming retirement.
I felt a bit rushed and had to slip a couple questions in before he left, but I think he is a great doctor.
My appointment was scheduled for 1:15pm, the doctor did not come into my room until 2:36pm. And he may have been in the room for 5 minutes max. It was a useless appointment because he needs a different text completed before he can tell anything. This could have been done before my appointment if someone would have taken the time to look at my records. I understand he is a busy Doctor, however I had to take a half day of work to sit for over an hour and have no results. My time is valuable too.
The Staff is always helpful. Dr. Tsung is concerned about my health and how I feel.
Dr Tsung is a good example of why Upmc is a premier medical organization!!

everything was great!
From my first visit over a year ago Dr. Tsung and his staff have been wonderful. Dr. Tsung explained what my cancer was and my surgery was 100% successful. His caring nature gave me confidence that he would be there for me before and after the surgery. Susan, his nurse, was so helpful in getting things scheduled, answering my emails and both she and Dr. Tsung have become my friends now. I see them every 6 months and look forward to seeing them.
Very friendly, professional, knowledgeable which helped reduce my fears and anxiety over health conditions and I felt part of the team to better health!
Dr. Tsung is always very informative about what is going on with my condition. He is very caring. As far as I'm concerned he is the best Dr. I could possibly have .
Dr.Tsung was very nice and took time to listen. One of the nicest doctors i ever ment.
Dr. Tsung and his staff are 100% professional. I wish I had Bill Gates fortune because I would give most of it to UPMC. I need a little for myself you k now...hahahaha...All kidding aside, I am very grateful to have found Dr. Tsung and UPMC. I have no idea how to thank him, the staff and UPMC for saving my life. I think of him every day and say thank you for the time he has spent to develop the skills required to perform the operation I required. Please feel free to contact me at any time.
Dr. Tsung basically saved my life.
Dr Tsung intentionally spoke to a level both my husband and I could understand. His smile and patience showed his concern and wholehearted intention to get me well. while his time was limited due to other patient obligations, he never left a discussion without making certain we were comfortable with the plan he laid out. we were very fortunate to have been placed in contact with Dr Tsung!
Dr. Tsung saved my life. He's my hero. He is very informative, attentive and compassionate. I have recommended others to Dr. Tsung.
Dr. Tsung and his entire team are all outstanding.
Dr. Tsung is fantastic. My husband had colo-rectal cancer that had spread to his liver. The oncologist works with Dr. Tsung and referred us to him. The surgery consisted of Dr. Tsung and Dr. Salgado(colo-rectal surgeon) and they were fantastic. After each surgery each doctor came and talked to us and took the time to explain what was going on. Both doctors are above and beyond.
Very good - explained procedures, etc.
Dr Tsung is probably the most caring, down to earth, professional, concerning individual we have ever met... oh and he saved my life! a true gentlemen the whole way around...
Listened to concerns - explained options and risks - suggested further testing to insure surgery was the best option. Provided me with a complete picture of my situation
I am glad to have been referred to Dr. Tsung. He is very adept at what he does.
This provider always takes time to ask me how I am doing, explain future recommendations and listens to me when I ask him questions or explain my concerns.
I was very pleased with the explanations I received about my care and what treatments I would have to have.
DR. TSUNG SAVED MY LIFE.
DrTsung and his staff are the best in the world as far as I'm concerned I've been a patient of his for 3 years and he has never disappointed me with his skills mentally or physically. He came to me highly recommended and not once did he disappoint my family. I recommend him highly.
The staff is always so caring with me. They make me feel like they are part of my family with how concerned they were during my cancer surgery and all my follow ups with the. Susan has been wonderful helping me understand what the diagnosis was and emailing me when I asked a question or needed to make my appointments. I can't say enough about Dr. Tsung. He is the most caring Doctor I have ever had. I am so at ease with him. He answers my questions, showed me my new scan and old one and explained what I was seeing. He answers all my questions. He gave me the peace of mind when I had my surgery that I was in the best of hands. I will be seeing him for many years to come and I feel like he told me we will be best friends! I absolutely love him and feel God sent me to the right place for my continued care.
