UPMC Doctors and Hospitals

Most UPMC doctors and hospitals in greater Pittsburgh and Erie will be out-of-network for Highmark commercial members after June 30, 2019, when the Consent Decree protections end.

Among the Consent Decree protections ending for commercial members on June 30, 2019, will be in-network access for continuity of care. 

If you would like to see a doctor at or near a UPMC hospital or facility that will be out-of-network after June 30, 2019, you can expect that doctor to be out-of-network for you as well.

If you would like to see a doctor at or near a UPMC hospital or facility that will be in-network after June 30, 2019, you can expect that doctor to be in-network for you as well.​
