Finding Healthy and Effective Ways to Manage Stress

WHAT: This program will help participants discover best ways to reduce and manage stress and will cover:
 
• Common causes of stress
• Symptoms of anxiety
• Coping skills
• Things to avoid
• When to seek medical attention
 
Light refreshments will be served. There is no fee, but registration is required. Register online or call 1-800-533-UPMC.
 
WHY: Stress is a normal part of life, but if left unchecked, it can affect your health.
