A summer safety reminder. Bike safety starts before you ever go out on a ride. First, make a trip to your local bike shop to make sure your bike is adjusted properly for your body. Don’t forget to wear proper footwear and comfortable well-fitting clothing. Stretching is really good too. Make sure you stretch both your upper and lower body before you go out on a ride.
