A summer safety reminder. Golf is a great sport, but injuries can slow down even the best players. So be sure to do some stretching before you tee off to loosen up your legs, arms, and shoulders. Walking will provide good exercise and keep you loose, but on those really hot and humid days consider using a cart. And, don’t forget to use sunscreen and drink plenty of water.
