A summer safety reminder. Summer is a good time to work around the house, but you don’t want to hurt yourself doing it. To avoid back pain and fatigue, try sitting on a stool when gardening. When cleaning your car, try placing your foot inside the door to avoid overextending, and when moving things protect your back by keeping them close to your body and lifting with your knees.
