Join UPMC Sports Medicine, the University of Pittsburgh, and the Pittsburgh Steelers for this free family-centered event focused on young athletes. The goal of this event is to educate young athletes and their guardians about topics related to training, nutrition, and safety.

Adults and children will enjoy separate programming, so that young athletes have the opportunity to participate in training and performance drills on the practice fields, while adults learn important information from the experts on athlete injury prevention, player safety, and more.

All attendees will have the opportunity to tour the Pittsburgh Panthers and Pittsburgh Steelers locker rooms, as well as the UPMC Freddie Fu Sports Medicine Facility.

Registration is limited to children ages first grade through incoming eighth grade.* A parent or guardian must accompany children attending this event. Registration limit of two children per one adult.

Light snacks and refreshments will be provided throughout the morning, and boxed lunches will be provided at the conclusion of the event.

Spots are limited, so register by Wednesday, June 19.

*Due to the application of NCAA camp regulations, we are unable to extend the registration opportunity to high school and above aged children, which includes incoming ninth graders.
