Men who have health problems that affect sex or reproduction can get help at the UPMC Men's Health Center.

Our team brings years of training and practice in male sexual medicine and surgery.

We offer state-of-the-art male fertility treatment through our Men's Health Center with 2 operating rooms for outpatient surgery. We also offer testing at our Andrology and Fertility Preservation Lab.

And at the UPMC Magee Center for Reproduction and Transplantation, we treat a wide range of conditions linked to male infertility.

Both centers are at UPMC Magee-Womens Hospital in Oakland.

Microsurgical testicular sperm extraction (MicroTESE) and epididymal sperm aspiration (MESA).
Testicular sperm extraction (TESE) and aspiration (TESA).

Post-vasectomy semen tests.
Post-ejaculate urine tests for sperm.
Vasectomies (as part of family planning).
