Jeffery R. Thurau, MPT, is the facility director and a physical therapist at UPMC Centers for Rehab Services’ Em​lenton and Franklin - Circle Street locations. He received a master’s degree in physical therapy from Slippery Rock University. Jeffery’s areas of expertise include the general practice of physical therapy, orthopaedics, sports rehab, functional capacity evaluations and ergonomics, gait analysis, and aquatic therapy. He has a direct access license and is skilled in the fabrication of custom orthotics.​​
