Since 1986, UPMC Centers for Rehab Services (CRS) has provided one of the largest networks of community-based, comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation services in western Pennsylvania.

We are pleased to announce that as of March 1, 2012, UPMC Hamot outpatient physical therapy services have been integrated into UPMC Centers for Rehab Services.

Services at the six Erie-area locations will continue to be provided by the same skilled therapists, clinical managers, and staff members, each dedicated to delivering the best care possible.

At CRS, our mission is to provide our communities with high-quality outpatient rehabilitation programs. We manage patient care and provide services for clinical research, education, and community outreach.
