Center for Minimally Invasive Surgery and Tubal Reversal 

Technically advanced surgical interventions for infertility, such as:

  • Removing fibroids or polyps
  • Treating endometriosis
  • Performing tubal reversal

Fertility Preservation Program

Options for preserving fertility before undergoing treatments for other illness, such a cancer, that may render you infertile. Services for patients, ranging from prepuberty to adulthood, include:

  • Semen cryopreservation
  • Oocyte freezing (in coordination with the Institutional Review Board of the University of Pittsburgh)
  • Embryo cryopreservation
  • Embryo cryopreservation using donor sperm
  • Testicular tissue freezing (in coordination with the Institutional Review Board of the University of Pittsburgh)
  • Ovarian tissue freezing (in coordination with the Institutional Review Board of the University of Pittsburgh)
