Melonie Jackson
Melonie Jackson joined UPMC Hamot as vice president of human resources in July 2018. Ms. Jackson also oversees human resources for UPMC Chautauqua, UPMC Kane, and UPMC Northwest. She is responsible for daily human resources activities, including employee relations, employee safety and wellness services, talent acquisition, compensation, and regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining UPMC, Ms. Jackson served as director, senior human resources business partner at Spectrum Health System in Grand Rapids, Mich., and as senior human resources consultant at Capital One, where she also served as senior human resources client consultant to the chief information officer for the Plano, Texas location.

Ms. Jackson earned a bachelor's degree from Southeast Missouri State University and a master's degree in business administration from Texas Woman’s University. She holds several professional certifications in the human resources field.
