What are the delivery dates and times?

Bayside Pharmacy delivers prescriptions Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Same-day deliveries are not guaranteed and based on our work load.

Can prescriptions be delivered directly to my office?

Prescriptions may be delivered directly to your office if it falls within our delivery zone. Please consult our delivery zone map.
 

What efforts are made to ensure confidentiality?

Each prescription is delivered in a brown paper bag that will include only your name, building address, and office phone number.
 

What happens if I miss the delivery?

You can arrange for someone else to receive the prescription, but you must indicate this when you request delivery.
 

How much notification time is needed to order a refill?

You should provide 24 hours’ notice (excluding weekends) prior to the day you want the prescription delivered.
 

How do I pay for my prescription?

You can pre-pay using a major credit card or flexible spending account (FSA) card, or by cash or check. UPMC Hamot employees may use payroll deduction.
