Physicians referring to the UPMC Mercy Trauma and Burn Centers are encouraged to call UPMC MedCall at 1-800-544-2500 or 412-647-7000.

Referring prehospital services in need of command physician communication are encouraged to contact UPMC Medic Command at 412-647-5858 or via radio on 155.340, 155.400, or Med Channels 1 or 4.
