In recognition of National Heart Health, UPMC St. Margaret will show its support for the fight against heart disease in women and help raise awareness for Go Red for Women® on Feb. 6, National Wear Red Day®. The event will feature free heart health information, risk factor guidelines, heart-healthy recipes, plus free blood pressure and cholesterol screenings.

Registration is not required. Parking will be validated.

Prompt treatment is crucial to minimize brain damage and potential complications after a stroke. UPMC Stroke Institute at UPMC St. Margaret is the only certified stroke center right in your community.

We provide you with local access to an acute stroke team with physicians and nurses experienced in diagnosing and treating cerebrovascular disease which can lead to stroke.

UPMC St. Margaret recently received the Get With The Guidelines®-Stroke Gold Plus Achievement Award from the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association.
