Jump into Fall with Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC at the Second Annual Fall Safety Fair

WHAT: As autumn begins, the Kohl’s Safety Center at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC will present its second annual Fall Safety Fair at Arsenal Park in Lawrenceville.

The free event will attract children and adults in the area to learn more about safety awareness and injury prevention. 

Kids will have the opportunity to enjoy a magic show, receive air brush tattoos, play in bounce houses, and enjoy lunch, courtesy of Whole Foods Market and Smiley Cookies courtesy of Eat’n Park.  Educational safety vendor tables will be present all day to offer parents information on safety and preventing injuries.  

Radio Disney will perform and broadcast live from the event.

WHEN: Noon to 3 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 2, 2011

WHERE: Arsenal Park, 39th and Butler Street, Pittsburgh, 15201

Note to Media: Media interested in attending should meet at the park to be escorted into the event.
