UPMC Encourages Heart Healthy Habits through Ross Park Mall Walkers Program

WHAT: Kick-off of year-long Mall Walkers Program at Ross Park Mall with free cardiovascular screenings by UPMC Passavant cardiology staff to promote heart health.

WHO: This event is free and open to the public.

WHEN: 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., Saturday, July 16, 2011

WHERE: Ross Park Mall, Center Court, 1000 Ross Park Mall Drive, Pittsburgh, 15237

WHY: UPMC Passavant is encouraging western Pennsylvanians to “Get Heart Healthy!” and participate in the Mall Walkers Program at Ross Park Mall. Walkers will have access to a 1.27 mile loop throughout the lower and upper areas of the mall and monthly educational programs provided by UPMC Passavant cardiology staff and weekly prize drawings.
