Learn How Colorectal Care Can Help You Avoid Cancer

WHAT: Educational presentation that will explore the importance of cancer screening and news on the latest advancements and techniques in treating colon and rectal cancer. Dinner will be served and parking is free.
WHY: As part of the large intestine, the colon and rectum help move toxins and waste out of the body. Keep them in good working order to stay healthy and minimize your risk of colon and rectal cancer.
Many diseases of the colon and rectum — including colorectal cancers — can be prevented or minimized by maintaining a healthy lifestyle, practicing good bowel habits and following cancer screening guidelines. When caught early, cancers of the colon and rectal are very treatable.
