Pitt Public Health Hosts National Emergency Preparedness Conference

WHAT: “Dynamics of Preparedness: A Public Health Systems Conference,” hosted by the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public Health’s National MIDAS Center of Excellence. This gathering of national and local public health officials will highlight innovative approaches to emergency preparedness and note where improvements are needed.  
The conference is free and open to the public. People who may be in a position of authority during an emergency, including business leaders and physicians, are encouraged to attend.
It is presented in cooperation with The Journal of Public Health Management & Practice and The Center for Communicable Disease Dynamics at the Harvard School of Public Health.
