​Hype vs. Proof: UPMC Experts Separate Brain and Heart Health Facts from Fiction 

WHAT: In “Healthy Brain, Healthy Heart,” UPMC experts will separate fact from fiction and share proven nutrition, exercise, relaxation and sleep strategies to improve health. The seminar is sponsored by UPMC Health Plan and free to the public.
WHY: UPMC Health Plan partners with individuals and community organizations to educate the public about healthy lifestyle choices, providing them with the health and wellness tools they need to reach their health goals.
