The UPMC patient survey is our tool to know what we are doing well, and where we need to improve. It is your tool to let us know how we cared for you.

Your response is important to us. If you receive a patient survey, we encourage you to complete it honestly and return it in the envelope provided.

Home Care and Home Medical Equipment

After returning home from their hospital stay, some patients receive follow-up care in their home from UPMC’s home care services.

Home medical equipment is sometimes essential to a patient's recovery or independence. Some patients need wheelchairs, special bathroom supplies, hospital-type beds, or other medical equipment once they return home.

UPMC Home Medical Equipment provides:

  • Delivery and set-up
