To schedule an appointment for the UPMC Aesthetic Center, please call 1-877-639-9688 (8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST). You will be connected directly with one of our Aesthetic Center staff members who will be able to provide information on our procedures and schedule your appointment.
To schedule an appointment at any of our Children’s Hospital locations, please call 412-692-8650 (7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. EST). One of our Patient Information Coordinators will assist you with scheduling.
Through our automated phone line (412-648-9670), we have the option for nursing questions or pharmacy refills. Please leave a message on this confidential line, and we will return your call within 2 hours.
Calls made to our offices on weekends, holidays, or after hours on weekdays are covered by our answering service. If you have an urgent medical concern, the answering service will promptly notify the on-call plastic surgeon who will return your call as soon as possible.
We have a pre-registration group that will call you prior to your appointment to verify insurance and demographic information. We also have an audiocare group that will call to remind you of your appointment 48 hours prior to the appointment date.
Our goal is to offer all new patients an appointment within 72 hours.
Please be aware that you are responsible for your co-pay the day of your appointment. We accept cash, personal checks, and most major credit cards. If you are being seen for a cosmetic consult, please be aware that a cosmetic consult fee will be due upon arrival. This fee will be deducted from your surgery if you choose to proceed.
