All program participants receive individualized treatment in a group setting, with a focus on developing both an understanding of, and ability to carry out, CBT with E/RP.
The children and adolescents in the program frequently act as a support system for one another, which enhances the effectiveness of the treatment.
Participants, along with their parents and/or guardians, receive educational information about OCD and learn how to use CBT with E/RP to manage OCD symptoms outside of the program.
