Ask-The-Nurse Program

About Us

The Ask-The-Nurse Program provides geriatric registered nurse educators who visit more than 40 senior residences and senior centers in the greater Pittsburgh area to provide health education, nutrition and exercise programs, flu shot clinics, and blood pressure screenings. Seniors get an opportunity to meet one-on-one with a nurse to discuss their health and wellness needs.

This program is administered by the UPMC Living-At-Home Program staff.

Your Support

UPMC Senior Services provides these services at no cost to the seniors, and welcomes financial contributions from friends who wish to support this critical program.
