Knee Injuries

The knee joints endure more stress than almost any other joint in the body.

The knees provide stability and strength for everyday mobility, and for training activities such as running, jumping, and weight lifting.

In sports that involve constant running or quick turns, such as track and field, soccer, and football, knees are especially vulnerable to injury.
