All aspects of diabetes self-managment are covered in this class, which is intended for patients who have already completed the diabetes education series and need additional education.
Nutrition Counseling/Medical Nutrition Counseling (MNT)
A one-on-one counseling session with a registered dietitian may be scheduled to discuss a variety of diagnoses or healthy eating needs.
