Orientation is on the first day of your rotation at the Shenango Valley campus (2200 Memorial Drive, Farrell) in the GME Conference room. If your rotation falls on a holiday, please report the following day.
On the weekend prior to your rotation (or the day of orientation) pick up a packet, at the Shenango Valley campus Emergency Department registration area, containing the location of your housing, directions, and keys.
We currently house six students at Pine Tree Village Apartments in West Middlesex (about 10 minutes from the Shenango Valley campus).
The apartment at Pine Tree Village has:
A cleaning service comes in once a week and brings clean linens. Paper toiletries are also provided.
Free parking is available at UPMC Horizon and UPMC Jameson in the employee parking areas.
Students must wear their school photo nametags always for purposes of identification. If you do not have your nametag, you will be sent home from rotation.
